| FHR Radio was on scene covering the 2011 Sonic Drive-In car Show and Concert that benefits the Make A Wish Foundation of Virginia. Their goal was to raise $10,000 to grant two local wishes. The concert was headlined by Grant Austin Taylor, featuring Tyler Layne, Celeste Kellogg, Bekah Eden and Lil Deci. Special thanks to Lee Wilson from the Sonic for sponsoring the event. We will bring you a special show based on this event soon with interviews and photos.

FHR Radio encourages you to check out "The Angelus" a non-profit charity in central Florida who strive to provide a home for severely handicapped persons that are not able to care for themselves. Every year, they bring about the Charlie Daniels Concert which is usually held in Tampa at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and the Ford Amphitheater. Several artists whose music we play have taken part of it such as Tyler Dickerson, Aaron Kelly and Tampa rising star Victoria K. Concert put together by Charlie Daniels and The Angelus. All donations go to a worthy cause
